Beyond professional sports, Jacob’s expertise has benefited organizations like IMG Academy, Nebraska Basketball, and the Iowa Cubs—Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs—and extended to collegiate programs at Texas Tech, Akron, Iowa State, Washington, and Idaho football teams.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Exercise Science from Peru State College (NE) and a Master’s degree in Sports Science and Coaching from the University of Akron.
